  • Select location from built-in list of over 40,000 cities or create your own
  • Dial in date and time for the meeting. Time zones calculation is done as you change date and time in the date picker and local time in time zones for all participants is displayed
  • Schedule the meeting in your calendar or send an invitation email

Calendar to schedule the meeting

Schedule the event on iCal calendar and invite others. If your iOS calendar does not suport invitations, you can send invitation to other participants by email.

Email invitation with calculated local times for each participating timezone

If your iPhone calendar does not support calendar invitations, you can invite participants of your meeting by email pre-populated with basic information about the meeting including table with local time and date for each participating place and time zone and is fully editable. We attach, ICS file with calendar information for the meeting. Your meeting participants can double click it to add the meeting to their calendars.

Store favorite locations with time zone and coordinates

If you frequently schedule meetings with the same participants or if your colleagues are at locations that are not included in the provided location database, add your own favorites and quickly reuse them next time you use the program.
